Stacy Leighton

CASA/GAL Program Director Stacy Leighton has over 25 years of administrative and project management experience. Stacy graduated Magna Cum Laude in Business Administration.

Prior to coming to the Anaconda Family Resource Center to manage the CASA/GAL program, Stacy has worked for many governmental and publicly owned or operated agencies such as Washington River Protection Solutions and Pacific Northwest National Labs (National Security). Stacy also has experience in human resources with a national law firm and with a public transportation agency that serviced seven cities.

Craig Sweet

Executive Director Craig Sweet has 45 years’ experience in community service and business. He has served on numerous social service organization boards in Missoula and Anaconda. He developed two very successful businesses and served four years on the Missoula City Council. Prior to becoming the Director of AFRC he was the Director of the Anaconda Thrift Center. Mr. Sweet currently serves on the Community Hospital-Anaconda’s Foundation board.

Cindie Kalan-Green

PASTA facilitator, Visit Coach Trainer and Family Development Specialist Cindie Kalan-Green has years of experience working in the administrative field as well as working with families. Cindie attended Montana Tech of the University of Montana taking general studies and child development.

Cindie is on the board for the Anaconda Community Foundation.

Cindie has a great set of skills and life experiences that offers her the ability to be relatable, understanding, compassionate, encouraging, and so much more.
