Our Stress & Anger Management Program
Anger is a part of human nature. Sometimes it can get out of control. We are here to help give you tools to better manage your anger.
Our Stress and Anger Management classes are geared to both an individual seeking help coping with stress and anger, and people ordered by the Court to complete a Stress and Anger Management program. Classes range from 10 hours to 40 hours of participation.
