Circle of Security
Circle of Security is a parenting program designed to help foster a healthier parent-child relationship. Using the COS-P model developed by the Circle of Security originators, our trained Facilitators work with parents and caregivers to help them to:
Understand their child’s emotional world by learning to read emotional needs
Support their child’s ability to successfully manage emotions
Enhance the development of their child’s self-esteem
Honor the innate wisdom and desire for their child to be secure.
Circle of Security is geared toward parents of children aged 0-5, but the skills learned will last a lifetime.

How can COSP help?
· COSP helps you identify how to read your child’s behavior, though there is no instruction manual to parenting, our children become that instruction manual.
· COSP can help you identify what is “hidden in plain sight that you may not see in the rush of everyday life and parenting.”
